Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xbeje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at xbeje.io and all associated services, products, games, and features made available through it.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I agree" or equivalent acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the xbeje platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotion terms, or other supplementary terms published on the xbeje platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary terms expressly state otherwise.

If you are accessing the xbeje platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the xbeje website at xbeje.io, including all web pages, features, tools, games, betting markets, and services accessible through it.
• "Player Account" or "Account" means the individual registered account created by a player upon successful completion of the xbeje registration process.
• "BDT Wallet" means the Bangladeshi Taka-denominated balance held within a Player Account for the purposes of depositing, betting, and withdrawing funds on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit funds credited to a Player Account as part of a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the player directly from their own payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer) into their BDT Wallet, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to and use of online betting and gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software developer whose games are hosted on or accessible via the xbeje platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" means the identity and age verification process conducted by xbeje to confirm that a player meets all eligibility requirements before withdrawals are processed or account limits are raised.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The xbeje platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a violation of these Terms for any person under the age of 21 to register, attempt to register, or use the xbeje platform in any capacity. xbeje takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will immediately close any account where the player is found to be under 21, forfeiting all balances held in that account.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Player Account on the xbeje platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xbeje reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding bets or bonus balances.

3.3 Accurate Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including their legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladesh payment method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

xbeje reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Players who fail to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may have their account suspended and withdrawal requests placed on hold pending verification.

3.5 Geographic Eligibility

The xbeje platform is intended for use by players physically located in Bangladesh. Players who access the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. xbeje assumes no legal responsibility for players who circumvent geographic restrictions.

Account Management

4.1 Account Credentials

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password, and any SMS verification codes associated with their xbeje account. xbeje will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is your responsibility, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.

4.2 Account Sharing

Player Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing account access with any third party — including family members, friends, or agents — is prohibited. Any winnings generated through a shared account may be voided, and the account may be permanently closed.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. xbeje reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Any remaining balance will be preserved; the account will not be deleted solely on grounds of inactivity.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the xbeje support team via live chat or email. Before processing an account closure, xbeje will facilitate withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Funds balance, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed. Bonus Funds balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4.5 Account Closure by xbeje

xbeje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, if a player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8, or provided false registration information. In cases of serious violations, outstanding balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xbeje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-based payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank Bangladesh, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by xbeje, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction caps. Players may set personal deposit limits within their account dashboard as part of xbeje's responsible gaming controls.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Player Account. xbeje does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal processing times are typically under 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad during standard operating hours (8 AM – 12 AM BST), and within one business day for bank transfers.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to Real Money Funds by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement stated in the individual bonus terms. Once the wagering requirement is met, the resulting Real Money Funds balance becomes eligible for withdrawal in accordance with the conditions set out in Section 5.3.

5.5 Currency

All funds on the xbeje platform are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbeje does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversions. Players depositing from a non-BDT source do so at their own risk; xbeje will not be responsible for any conversion losses incurred outside the platform.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the xbeje platform are final once confirmed by the system. A bet confirmation screen is displayed before final submission, and it is the player's responsibility to verify all selections, stake amounts, and market details before confirming. xbeje is not obligated to reverse or amend a confirmed bet on the basis of player error.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet amounts vary by product: cricket betting markets from ৳50 per selection; slots from ৳10 per spin; live casino table games from ৳50 per round; crash games from ৳10 per round. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the individual bet slip or game interface at the time of betting.

6.3 Void Bets

xbeje reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed on an event that has already started or concluded; the odds displayed were materially incorrect due to a technical error; the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold is reached; or the bet involves a manifest error in pricing. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's BDT Wallet in full.

6.4 Game Provider Rules

Games provided by third-party Game Providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) are subject to the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. xbeje is not responsible for decisions made by Game Provider random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer outcomes. All Game Provider RNGs are certified for fairness by the respective provider's independent testing laboratory.

6.5 Disconnection During Play

xbeje is not responsible for losses or incomplete bet outcomes resulting from internet disconnections, mobile network interruptions, or device failures during active play. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play on any product. Where a disconnection results in a demonstrably incomplete game round, the outcome on record in the xbeje system or the relevant Game Provider's system shall be final.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by xbeje are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be published alongside each specific offer. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the general rules set out in this Section 7 apply.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested. Wagering contributions vary by product: sports betting contributes 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino games contribute 20%; slots contribute 100%; crash games contribute 50%. Only bets placed with Real Money Funds that meet or exceed the minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) contribute to sports betting wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the player's account. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus balances will be forfeited automatically upon expiry without further notice.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

xbeje reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; systematic exploitation of error-priced markets; or any other activity that xbeje reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair promotional participation.

7.5 Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to cooling-off restrictions are not eligible to receive or claim bonus offers during the restriction period. xbeje reserves the right to exclude any player or group of players from specific promotions at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbeje platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets and balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) Player Account, whether under the same identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain a systematic advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or any other multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain financial advantage; any winnings derived from a known error are subject to forfeiture.
• Using the platform to launder money, process criminal proceeds, or conduct any transaction that violates Bangladesh's Money Prevention Act or any other applicable financial regulation.
• Attempting to access another player's account, the xbeje administration system, or any back-end infrastructure through any technical means.
• Facilitating or encouraging any third party to engage in any of the above prohibited activities.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward xbeje staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel on or connected to the platform.

Responsible Gaming

xbeje is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe environment for all players. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions after which the platform will automatically log you out.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xbeje platform — including but not limited to the xbeje brand name, logo, website design, page layout, text, graphics, icons, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of xbeje or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xbeje platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit any of the following:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or publicly displaying any xbeje content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any xbeje software or game code.
• Creating derivative works based on any xbeje intellectual property.
• Using any xbeje brand elements, logos, or trademarks in any commercial context.

Any unauthorised use of xbeje intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. Game Provider intellectual property rights remain with the respective Game Provider and are subject to the licensing terms agreed between xbeje and each provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbeje's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player Account, or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbeje shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or data loss.
• Loss arising from a player's reliance on information, odds, or statistics published on the platform that are subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Loss resulting from internet disconnection, mobile network failure, device failure, or any other technical issue outside xbeje's direct control.
• Loss arising from the actions of third-party Game Providers, payment processors, or financial institutions.
• Loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits xbeje's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

Privacy & Data

xbeje collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at xbeje.io/privacy-policy. By registering on the xbeje platform, players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud detection, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance. xbeje does not sell, rent, or disclose player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the player's explicit consent.

Players have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data held by xbeje, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Requests must be submitted in writing to the xbeje support team via live chat or email.

Amendments to These Terms

xbeje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xbeje will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the xbeje platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If a player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4 before the effective date of the change.

It is each player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. xbeje recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever a notification of amendment is received.

Governing Terms & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any dispute arising between a player and xbeje in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, xbeje encourages players to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be escalated to xbeje's internal disputes team, which will conduct a review and provide a written decision within 10 business days of receiving the formal dispute notification. The decision of the internal disputes team is final in respect of matters that fall within the platform's operational discretion (including but not limited to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account management decisions).

xbeje operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to SSL encryption, fair play, and transparent dispute resolution. The platform does not make representations regarding specific licensing or regulatory approval from any named government body.

These Terms shall be read and interpreted in their plain English meaning. Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
